My business is already listed? How do I add information or make changes to this listing?
A Spider Web Design listed several businesses as a free courtesy. If you would like to add or change your information, simply
find your listing, and then click on the "Claim Business" button.
After you submit this form
you will be contacted by phone or email to further verify your information.
In the meantime, you may go ahead and create a User account. After
verification, your listing will be moved to your account. You then
will have 5 days to upgrade your Business Listing and submit the yearly
advertising fee via Pay Pal or Check. Failure to do so within 5 days,
unless other arrangements with us have been made, will result in your
listing being moved back to the unclaimed and your account deleted. We offer very competitive upgrades, and you can get more information

I've lost my password. What do I do?
If you have lost your password,
click on the Member Login on the top left of the screen. From
the next screen, select Password Reminder. If you continue to have
problems, use the support contact form for assistance.
I've entered my listing. Why doesn't my listing show?
After you submit your listing, it is approved for content by SearchMtnHome.com. You should receive approval within 24 hours. After receiving that email, you may login and add information, images, products and services, and change information as much as you like.
Is using my credit card online safe?
Yes, completely safe, SearchMtnHome.com uses Paypal for all credit card purchases. Which is one of the most secure sites on the Internet.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Absolutely.
When you place your listing, you will have an opportunity to select a basic
or premium membership. This in turn will take you to a payment screen.
Simply select the "Check" option instead of Paypal.
Can I place my business in the classified section?
Yes.
How do I add gallery pictures?
Just log in with your user id and password.
You will see your listing on the member page. Click "View/Edit" on
the right side. At the top of the following screen you will see numerous
options for logos, categories etc. If you do not, several of these
options are available to the basic or premium memberships only.

Products and Services are a exciting special feature of SearchMtnHome.com where you are able to list different items or services for people to see. You could use this area to promote a special event or offer a coupon to your customers. Or your might just want to tell people a bit more about a different service that you company offers.
How do I get those cool little ads on the directory?
These ads are included with our Premium Business Listing. They can be loaded into the system in your
members area. Please note these images have to be in .jpeg format. and should be exactly 120 X 120 pixels. If you need help making these ads, please contact us
