Well you found Mountain Home Arkansas.  If you're still looking, we are just south of the Missouri Arkansas line.  Almost right in the center.  Two lakes and two rivers. Two golf courses, numerous medical facilities, small businesses and commerce, restaurants, excellent outdoor activities, and we are growing day by day, with more to offer.  If you need lodging, check here.

Mountain Home Arkansas is the county seat of Baxter county with an approximate population of 11,000, and surrounded by the Ozark Mountains.  Bull Shoals Lake and Lake Norfork are both within 10 miles of Mountain Home.  The White River and Norfork River are also within easy reach.  Each year nearly 1 million people visit the Twin Lakes area.  Once you visit, you'll want to move here, vacation here, or retire here.  It is also a great place to raise a family.  I have lived here for more than 10 years and I love it!
